**1. Shipping Locations**

Currently, Muhinternet.com ships to addresses within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time.

**2. Shipping Costs**

We offer free standard shipping on all orders placed within the continental United States. For expedited shipping options, additional charges will apply and will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

**3. Order Processing**

– **Processing Time**: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
– **Custom Orders**: Please note that custom LED lighting products may require additional time for production. Processing times for custom orders may vary based on complexity and will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.

**4. Shipping Times**

We work with reliable carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS to deliver your orders. Once shipped, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

– **Standard Shipping**: 3-5 business days
– **Expedited Shipping**: 1-3 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

**5. Shipment Tracking**

Once your order has shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package in real-time through the carrier’s website.

**6. Delivery Issues**

– **Wrong or Incomplete Address**: If the delivery address you provided is incorrect or incomplete, we are not responsible for any delays or additional shipping costs incurred.
– **Lost or Stolen Packages**: If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.

**7. Shipping Delays**

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, certain factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, natural disasters) may cause delays. If your shipment is delayed, we will do our best to inform you promptly and work with the carrier to resolve any issues.

**8. International Shipping**

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our shipping options and hope to serve international customers in the near future.
